This is my go-to cereal for morning breakfasts. It mixes very well with other cereals, and makes an excellent snack. I recently used it as an ingredient in a new granola recipe, and it added welcome crunch and nutrition. I especially like having a gluten-free option for times when I'm not eating wheat in my diet. Overall, an excellent cereal that does well on its own as well as mixed with others.

My son loves these bars. I have had them and like them too. They are much healthier than the Kellogs Rice Crispy bars which contain tons of artificial ingredients. These have natural ingredients and are low in fat.
They come in other flavors but my son only likes the chocolate ones.
